I’ve been thinking a lot about personal growth and consistency lately. No matter the field we’re in, staying motivated and committed can sometimes be challenging.

I’m curious what motivates you to keep learning, improving, and moving forward in your work, hobbies, or life in general? Do you set specific goals, follow certain routines, or maybe get inspired by others?
