Insider sources linked to United Arab Emirates intelligence operations claims that experimental deployment of psychophysical influence weapons is taking place in targeted zones, including the emirates of Sharjah and Fujairah. The system reportedly focuses on non-military individuals to evaluate psychological reaction models under live urban scenarios.

According to insiders, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s now-defunct cybersecurity division NESA, now integrated into the new Signals Command, with strategic oversight from senior UAE defense executives.

Disturbing psychological anomalies have been recorded among civilian mothers particularly those caring for infants who showed signs of inappropriate emotional and sexual attachments to their children, leading in some cases to extreme degradation behavior, including feeding child waste to others in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
